Working on or around aluminium mobile scaffolding towers can be a risky business, with falling from height still the biggest killer in construction. With the new Working at Height Regulations 2006 now in force, employers need to ensure that all their employees are competent to work from aluminium scaffolding towers safely. PASMA is nationally recognised and covers topics such as erecting and dismantling mobile towers, types of towers, tower components, base height ratio as well as basic inspection and reporting procedures etc.
Upon completion of the 1 day course, as well as passing the overall practical and written assessments, each candidate will receive a PASMA training certificate and ID card valid for 5 years.
