About this course
Asbestos-related diseases claim more lives in the workplace than any other work-related illness. With the HSE rigorously enforcing best practices in construction, maintenance, and demolition, failure to adhere to HSE guidelines can lead to prosecution.
The objective of this course is to educate employees about the hazards and risks associated with handling Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs). Additionally, it aims to assist employers in fulfilling their legal obligations and complying with the Control of Asbestos Regulations, which came into effect on April 6, 2012.
Upon successful completion of the half-day instructional training and passing the comprehensive assessment questionnaire, each candidate will receive a course completion certificate.
