PASMA Mobile Tower Safety

About this course

Engaging in tasks on or around aluminium mobile scaffolding towers carries inherent risks, especially given that falls from height remain a significant hazard in the construction industry. With the implementation of the Working at Height Regulations 2006, employers must ensure that their employees are competent to work safely on aluminium scaffolding towers. The PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers’ and Manufacturers’ Association) training, recognized nationally, addresses critical aspects such as erecting and dismantling mobile towers, tower types, components, base height ratios, as well as basic inspection and reporting procedures.

Upon successful completion of the 1-day course, along with passing both practical and written assessments, each candidate will be awarded a PASMA training certificate and ID card, valid for a period of 5 years.
