The Asbestos Non-Licensed Removal training is designed for individuals involved in construction or demolition activities that include the removal of specific types of non-licensed asbestos materials.
This course equips candidates with the knowledge necessary to safely remove designated ‘Non-licensed’ asbestos materials, ensuring the protection of themselves and others.
Course Schedule
- Identify specific hazards associated with asbestos-containing materials.
- Recognise key legal requirements related to asbestos removal.
- Compile a list of necessary tools, equipment, and PPE/RPE available.
- Explain appropriate stripping techniques for the removal of non-licensed asbestos.
- Describe cleaning, decontamination, and hygiene procedures.
